  • No Bookings Required.

    Walk up and join the queue, offering you flexibility and convenience. We offer some “Evening Santa Photo Sessions” at Arena, The Gateway and The Heritage Shopping Centres. You MUST book for these sessions.

  • Please check each centre for opening times.

  • Each package is made up of the one Santa Photo, which is chosen by our friendly staff

  • Our professional photographers select the best photo of your family or pet for your photography package.

  • You Santa Photo Package is created and printed on the spot. On busier days there may be a delay. Our team can give you an estimated time on when your photos will be ready.

  • ABSOLUTELY! We keep ALL Santa images on file at each centre. Included in your photo package is an exposure number that will help us to find and print additional photos for you.

  • Yes! We have a digital Santa Photo Package available. It includes ALL photos taken with Santa on a USB, plus 1x Printed Package of your choice. (Please note, digital packages are limited to 4 different poses.)

  • Santa usually breaks for lunch between 1 and 2pm, for approximately 30 minutes. This time can vary depending on the day and number of customers in line around this time.

  • Yes you can. Pets are allowed any time at Arena, The Gateway and Bentons Square Shopping Centres. Bookings are required for pets at Pakenham Marketplace and The Heritage Shopping Centres.

  • We understand that every family is different and we’re happy to accommodate a range of sensory needs.

    Our friendly team can help you choose the most suitable time to bring in your family, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for you all.

  • We will close at 4.30pm on Christmas Eve at each centre.
